DEWA 19

My first post will be about my favourite band, DEWA 19. As of this very minute, honestly, I don't know what's happening to it.The band has been very quiet since the last quarter of 2010. This is due to the vocalist, Ellfonda Mekel, resigning from the band. There's a kind of emptiness in me everytime I think about this. :(  No other vocalist will do for me...it'll never be the same. He is the one and only reason I'm a BALADEWA.

So now in the meantime we, the baladewas all over the world, but especially Malaysia and Indonesia, are just waiting. Waiting for Ahmad Dhani to decide on the fate of  DEWA 19. As for me, without Mr Mekel, there is no DEWA 19.  There's a rumour that they are going to do their last album with ONCE as the vocalist and then wrap it up. I don't mind that because at least there would be a closure. Please make this happen and heal my aching heart.
